Are you trained counsellors? – No, we are not trained counsellors, however, we have over 22 years of personal experience of dealing with extremely difficult challenges that life throws at us including, experiencing mental health conditions, however, we are qualified in children and young people’s mental health.

If you’re not a qualified councillor what makes you think you can help me? – The reason I know is because I have experienced what you are going through right now and the process I used to help me, is what we will be working through, therefore I am living proof that this process works.

Is everything confidential? – Yes.

What if I can’t afford to pay for the mentoring or personalised strategies in full? – That is not a problem; we have the option of a payment plan.  Please contact us at info@thecopingspecialist.com for more information.

What if I experience technical issues? – Please contact info@thecopingspecialist.com and we will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Do I have to be over a certain age to do one of your courses? – You must be 18 or over to do our courses.

Do you deliver courses across the UK? – We can deliver courses anywhere in England either face-to-face or online.

I live in the USA can I still access your courses? – Yes, the online courses can be accessed anywhere in the world as long as you have internet access, but these will only be the online courses available at the time. 

Do you do any other courses related to mental health? – Yes, and we would be delighted to discuss any further courses you might feel are beneficial to you.
